Welcome to CROTON. By using crotonn.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping, Return & Exchange, Cancellation & Refund and Privacy policies.
Using the website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with a parent or guardian.
- Please give accurate details and keep your account password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not misuse the website, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use.
Products and pictures
We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and measurements may vary a little between pieces. Size charts are a guide.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through our payment partners, and cash on delivery on eligible orders up to ₹5,000.
- If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds, or — for cash on delivery — when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order if stock runs out, the address cannot be served, payment cannot be verified or we suspect misuse; any amount paid is refunded.
Coupons and offers
- Coupons work only under their stated conditions, such as first order only or a minimum order value.
- One coupon applies per order. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We may change or end an offer at any time; orders already placed are honoured.
Delivery, returns and refunds
These are covered by our Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The CROTON name, logo, designs, graphics, photographs and text on this website belong to CROTON and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, CROTON is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered business address.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you order applies to that order.
