How and when your CROTON order reaches you, anywhere in India.

Where we deliver
CROTON delivers across India through trusted courier partners. Enter your pincode on any product page to confirm delivery to your address before you order.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your city. Remote areas and the North-East may take a little longer.
Shipping charges
- Standard shipping is ₹79.
- Shipping is free on orders above ₹999.
- The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000, with no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready — our courier partners may not carry change.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships you receive the tracking details. You can also follow it any time from My Account → Orders, or from Track order with your order number and phone number.
If a delivery is missed
The courier usually attempts delivery up to three times. If a parcel comes back to us undelivered, we contact you to arrange a re-delivery. For prepaid orders we can refund the order value instead; shipping already paid is not refundable in this case.
Damaged or tampered parcel
If the parcel looks damaged or opened, please do not accept it — or take clear photos and a short unboxing video, and write to us within 48 hours of delivery.
