Privacy Policy
What CROTON collects, why, and the choices you have.
Last updated 29 Sep 2026
This policy explains how CROTON ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you visit crotonn.com or shop with us. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you order, create an account, subscribe or write to us.
- Order details: the pieces you buy, your order history, returns and saved wishlist.
- Sign-in details: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
- Technical details: device and browser type, pages visited and similar information collected through cookies.
Payments
Online payments are handled by our payment partners (such as Razorpay and Cashfree). Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on their secure pages — CROTON never sees or stores your full card details.
How we use your information
- To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and refunds.
- To send order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To answer your questions and messages.
- To send news about drops and offers — only if you subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and improve how it works.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the partners who help us run the shop: payment gateways, courier and logistics partners, email and messaging services, and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your bag, wishlist and sign-in working. If analytics is switched on, it helps us understand which pages are useful. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the shop may then stop working.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and tax law. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices and rights
- View and update your details in My Account.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by writing to wearcroton@gmail.com.
Security
The website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections and passwords are stored in scrambled form. No method of storing data online is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Grievances
For any question or complaint about your personal data, contact us at wearcroton@gmail.com or +91 88496 92051. We respond as soon as possible and within the time the law allows.
