Orders & delivery
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We deliver across India, and shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Enter your pincode on any product page to confirm delivery to your address.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually delivered within 4–7 working days. You get tracking details as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and open My Account → Orders, or use Track order with your order number and phone number.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment partners, and cash on delivery on eligible orders.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes — cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000, with no extra charge.
Sizing
How do CROTON oversized T-shirts fit?
Our oversized tees are cut roomy with dropped shoulders. Take your usual size for the intended relaxed look, or one size down for a closer fit. Every product page has a size chart in inches.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if the piece is unworn with its tags attached. Request it from My Account → Orders.
When will I get my refund?
Once the returned piece passes our quality check, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
